Pete Welding bibliography

A DRAFT FOR A PETE WELDING BIBLIOGRAPHY
compiled by Görgen Antonsson

This bibliography includes articles and LP/CD notes written by Pete Welding, as well as reviews of books and concerts, and books edited by him. It does not include the any of the hundreds of record reviews and reviews columns ("Blues 'n' folk", but also some "Record briefs" and "Rock briefs") which Mr. Welding wrote for Down beat, beginning in 1960.
Book reviews and concert reviews have individual sections.

This is really only a draft for a bibliography - amendments are welcomed and will be acknowledged in updates. Mail me at antonsson.se@mbox304.swipnet.se

People who have helped include Ray Astbury, Alan Balfour, Gonzalo Duque, Mark Jickling, Robert Sacré, Joel Slotnikoff, Chris Smith, Ed Spiegel, Elliot Williams, and Al Young (of New Zealand).

Possible Pete Welding liner notes
Some online record stores (i.e., Barnes & Noble) supply extensive information on the records in their catalogue. For the titles below Pete Welding is shown as liner notes writer. However, as I in some cases have found this information to be incorrect (showing Welding as author of liner notes where he instead was series editor, or producer), I have decided not to include such references in the bibliography proper awaiting definitive confirmation that they have notes by Welding.
